The location being in Hyatt Centric Jumeirah is convenient as well as being on the rooftop gives it a nice airy feel. The restaurant vibe was lively, but was half full (hopefully would pick up in the future as it’s fairly new). The service was very good, and the waiter as well as the manager took good care of use with many suggestions and complimentary dishes that were offered by the chef to get our feedback. We had the following: 1- Steamed edamame with salt (7/10) 2- Eggplant Dengaku Dip (7/10) 3- Kai Enzo homemade Pickles (7/10) 4- Crispy Calamari with spicy May(8/10) 5- Kare pan, Japanese Curry Buns (8/10) 6- Otoro Nigiri (8/10) 7- Prawn tempura maki (4/10) 8- Wagyu Beef Gyoza with chili paste (8/10) 9- Beef Kushiyaki (8.5/10) Complimentary dishes: 1- Stracciatella Cheese, Charred Grapes (8/10) 2- Sashimi platter - Salmon, Red Bream, Scallops, Otoro (8/10) 3- Negitoro Maki 4- Fish not sure which dish) They have charged us for one of the complimentary dishes by mistake, which I found out the day after our dinner by looking at the bill for dish reference to write this review, hoping this is a genuine mistake.

To top it all off, the service at This restaurant was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to make the dining experience memorable. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The attention to detail and the genuine passion for delivering exceptional service truly set Kai Enzo apart. With its clean high-end ambiance, stunning rooftop, and sea views overlooking La Mer Bay, Kai Enzo provides a dining experience that is as visually breathtaking as it is delectable.
