This is a place to go if you pride ambience more than food. Not a place to bring foodie friends, as food taste is only 50-50. Pros: 1. love Park Hyatt and the decor of this restaurant. And it’s such a nice place to have a lovely meal with your friends. Cons: 1. No outstanding dish. They were all done ok, but none especially well. I didn’t walk away thinking I would return for the food. The wagyu beef main didn’t exhibit good marbling on it and we thought it was just ordinary beef. And it was room temperature when it came to us.
Full breakfast with outdoor and indoor seating, a very bright space . Excellent service. Wish they had lactose free cow milk. However they do have Almond & Soy. Wide selection of breakfast, fruit , salads, cheese and eggs station. Not to forget the pastries , waffle & crepe stations as well. Not to be missed , with a lovely view of the creek and harbour.
I went here with my partner and in-laws for lunch a few days ago. I have been to Park Hyatt quite a few times but never been to Brasserie du Park. We were absolutely blown over. The ambience gave a luxurious holiday feel with white and navy decor. We had a beautiful french white wine paired with delicious food. I personally recommend the spaghetti pasta with mussels and clams. Don’t miss out on dessert and coffee with a stunning view of the creek. This experience would not have been possible without the restaurant manager Tshering, who welcomed us from the entrance and transported us to paradise. She was friendly, professional, knew her products and made guests feel so special. She is an asset to this place and I would definitely come back for more with my friends and family. Merci!
Really nice place for romantic dinner or small friend's gathering
Portions are ridiculous. The nicoise salad is 88 aed for a bunch of lettuce leaves and very poor extras:2 anchovies, 5 olives, 3 cherry tomatoes, less than a quarter avocado, 1 tiny egg and not even half a can of tuna... Not happy at all with prices and quality. Service was good and it's not their fault the overall experience
