This is a place to go if you pride ambience more than food. Not a place to bring foodie friends, as food taste is only 50-50. Pros: 1. love Park Hyatt and the decor of this restaurant. And it’s such a nice place to have a lovely meal with your friends. Cons: 1. No outstanding dish. They were all done ok, but none especially well. I didn’t walk away thinking I would return for the food. The wagyu beef main didn’t exhibit good marbling on it and we thought it was just ordinary beef. And it was room temperature when it came to us.
Really nice place for romantic dinner or small friend's gathering

Portions are ridiculous. The nicoise salad is 88 aed for a bunch of lettuce leaves and very poor extras:2 anchovies, 5 olives, 3 cherry tomatoes, less than a quarter avocado, 1 tiny egg and not even half a can of tuna... Not happy at all with prices and quality. Service was good and it's not their fault the overall experience
Pros : Nice restaurant, Nice food, nice service. Cons: No identity, extremely high beverage prices, a bit confusing menu. Before, the place had a proper french identity , now there are different fusion items (arabic, italian,..) in the menu, which makes it lose its identity. The wine prices are too high in my opinion. Again as a french, this places doesn't represent a brasserie for me.
Great food and atmosphere
Offering panoramic views of the marina, Brasserie du Park presents social dining within a creek front setting. This modern French eatery showcases a variety of brasserie-style dishes ideal for sharing over casual conversations within a lively ambiance. Enjoy al fresco seating on the terrace or dine in the elegant white and blue interiors of the restaurant.
