This continuously proves to be a favorite amongst guests! Includes beef stock, thin rice noodles, sliced cooked beef, raw beef, bean sprout, red onion, salt, and pepper, served with hoisin sauce and herb plate.
Boil pre-soaked rice noodles into boiling water for 1 minute. Make sure that your pre-boiled beef stock is also keeping hot on the side.
Once the noodles have cooked through, put it into your serving bowl.
In the same serving bowl add the following ingredients: blanched beansprout, fish sauce, paper-thin sliced blanched beef tenderloin, and boiled beef chuck.
Pour the boiling beef stock into your serving bowl and top it off with sliced red onion and sliced spring onion, with a pinch of black pepper- depending on your taste.
Prepare your Herb Plate on the side (which includes Coriander, Mint Leaves, Thai Basil, Thai Coriander, Red chilli and Lime) and Hoisin Sauce.
Now your Vietnamese Beef Pho is ready to be served!
