The Hyatt Place is the perfect airport hotel. Friendly staff, nice, large, quiet, clean rooms, and an easy online check-in/check-out option. The hotel is also very conveniently located right by a bus stop that is serviced by several buses that go to and from Heathrow all hours of the day and night. We were even able to catch a public bus at 4am to get to the airport within a few minutes - saved us 15-20 pounds compared to using a taxi. They have a small bar with a few solid beers on tap and several food options. Keep in mind you cannot bring your own food an eat it at the bar area. However, you can bring your drinks up to your room and snack on your own food there. If you need an overnight near Heathrow in the future, definitely look at this hotel as an option.

I stayed at the Hyatt on my way back from a holiday. Good value, the room was very tidy and quiet. I didn't take the breakfast option as 10£ is too extreme, you can get better options from Heathrow. Check-out in the morning and pick up from Uber was flawless.

Rooms were a little older but beds were comfortable and the location was great for visiting London or nearby cities. Can take a bus from just outside the hotel to the airport which offers subway and trains! Via Elizabeth line (can buy a day pass that works on everything, bus, subway, train for 15 pounds) can reach London quickly. Get tour day pass early and the bus from hotel to airport is included! (bus is other 1.75 pound contactless payment only) Buy the breakfast, hands down THE BEST of any of the 3 hotels we stayed at!

The service at this hotel from arrival has been excellent. The check in was warm and friendly with a complimentary gift for a special occasion, and they helped plan our bus to the airport for the following morning. The food and drinks are pricey.. but you are able to sit in the restaurant for dinner and order off both the bar and restaurant menu which helps. I ordered the burrata starter off the restaurant menu, and the garlic bread off the bar menu, which was delicious. The waitress remembered our room number from hours earlier which shows their attention to detail. Can't fault the room or cleanliness in the rest of the hotel. Very happy.

My recent stay at the Hyatt by Heathrow Airport was nice. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was attentive. Despite our late check-in, the staff made the process quick, easy, and friendly, even providing helpful directions to public transportation for our early morning flight. The hotel's cleanliness and comfort was above average. The beds were cozy, and despite being close to the airport, noise from the planes was not an issue at all. Additionally, having a bar open until midnight and a restaurant until 10pm was incredibly convenient, especially after a long day of travel. Pictures of the bar are provided. The shuttle service offered for a nominal fee of around 7 euros or the option to take the public bus for only about 2 euros added further value to our stay. The airport drop off is just a few minutes from the hotel. It's evident that the Hyatt prioritizes guest satisfaction and convenience. I highly recommend the Hyatt by Heathrow Airport for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay, whether arriving or departing from the airport. It's the perfect choice for a quick stay, offering everything one could need for a seamless travel experience.
