Hyatt Regency Kyiv is my first experience in hotel area. After graduation from French pastry school, I continued my career as Pastry Instructor in French school in Ukraine and providing pastry consulting.

People believe chefs are preparing the most delicious food at home, and it is true ;) After work, even being at home, I try to cook as I would be at restaurant. Especially if we are talking about sweets
