    Marinate tofu in (70 gr coconut milk, 20 gr yellow curry paste,10 gr mung dal,5 gr lemon grass (chopped finely) sugar, salt, white pepper powder cashew nut-coconut sauce: fry cashews in a sauce pan till golden brown color, then follow with curry paste, gradually adding coconut milk, tamarind paste, salt, pepper add water at the end boil everything together for about 5 minutes place tofu cubes in a container and pour the marinade. Leave to marinate for 12 hours then roast tofu in a tandoor on the skewer till golden brown color
