  • Step 1

    Cut Into Cubes The Lamb Fat And In A Large Pot With Sunflower Oil Fry Until Mash.

  • Step 2

    Add The Onion And Fry Until Getting Soft.

  • Step 3

    Add The Whole Meat And Sear, Season With Salt, Garlic And Zira.

  • Step 4

    When The Meat Is Gold Slightly Roasted Add The Julienne Carrot And Fry For 10 Minutes After That Pour With Water, Chick Peas And Black Raisins.

  • Step 5

    Boil For 45 Minutes, Add The Already Rinsed Rice And Steam With The Meat For 20 More Minutes.

  • Step 6

    Top With Kazi And Boiled Quail Eggs.
