This summer, Andaz London Liverpool Street’s Eastway Brasserie hosts Argentinian chef Cristian ‘Chino’ González from 2nd June for three months. His fire-led menu blends global technique with Buenos Aires roots - think seabass ceviche, grilled skirt steak with chimichurri, and sirloin milanesa. With Argentinian wines and indulgent desserts like dulce de leche mousse, the residency celebrates Latin American flavours in a bold, modern way.
