Good infra and services in hotel. Liked the food in a party which usually gets downside in parties. Parking is a bit problematic inspite of having 3 basements but entry n exit remains single n not too wide to allow 2 vehicles move simultaneously. Roadside parking contests the road. Overall good.
Excellent. Professional and very hospitable, exactly how it should be! Just two things; one very minor, that the check in time is oddly quite long with a lot of shuffling between computers and the back office. The other is something I may be very wrong about in which case please forgive; I got this feeling that having arrived at 2:30am, I was made to take an expensive club room citing unavailability knowing I wouldn't exercise much choice. I wonder if others have had a similar experience here or elsewhere. Again, I may be wrong.
UP's is the hotels lounge bar, a lively bar with a contemporary residential feel. It is the perfect place to meet and unwind or enjoy pre and post dinner drinks.
