I recently visited Sakana house at Grand Hyatt and I must say it left a lasting impression on me and my family. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we felt warmly welcomed and instantly drawn to the stunning ambiance. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the food. The menu boasted a wide variety of dishes that catered to every palate. Each dish we ordered had a unique presentation that added an artistic touch to our culinary experience. The attention to detail demonstrated by the chef was truly impressive. The service at Sakana House deserves special mention. The staff was not only attentive but also prompt in meeting all our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. Their knowledge of the menu and their courteous demeanor further added to the overall positive experience. What truly stood out was the restaurant’s commitment to catering to families. From high chairs for the little ones to a kid-friendly menu, they truly understand the needs of families dining out. This made our visit all the more enjoyable, as we could relax and savor our meal while our children were kept entertained. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience at Sakana. If you are looking for a beautiful place to enjoy with your family, coupled with delicious food and impeccable service, I highly recommend paying a visit. Well done to the entire team at Grand Hyatt for creating such a wonderful dining experience.
Stayed in Grand Hyatt Hotel in Khobar for 2 days and I can say that the employees here are friendly, accommodating and they took customer service experience to the next level. Big thanks to Bhoj, Ben, Justin and Michelle!👏👏 I also want to mention that The Sakana Restaurant serves the best prawns ever!🦐 Thanks to manager Paul for making sure everything is in order during my visit. All in all, 💯 ratings.
