Lovely stay for a special occasion made personal by the hotel by a personalised gift on arrival. The room was lovely, modern, well kept and comfortable. It was a high floor with great views through the floor to ceiling windows. The lounge was great with a nice range of canapés during certain times. The Turkish lady (Nevine?) who was looking after us in the lounge was brilliant, understood our dietary needs and approached us on entry to inform us of what food met our need. She even came to ask us if we wanted to change settings for a better view from the 23rd floor when it was available. Top marks to this lady for personalised service. The leisure facilities were clean, quiet and well maintained. The steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were just what was needed. The breakfast was vast with something for everybody. Halal sausages on request and a smoothie station were a nice touch not seen before. The smoothies were nice and the staff took the time to voluntarily share information with you on what was in the smoothie. The stay was a delight with an easy check-in and check out experience. Overall, perfect stay with staff making it a memorable one when the opportunity did arise.
A beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Staff are friendly and the room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast options were great and overall deco of the hotel is beautiful. Spa was great.The lounge is also very nice Only stayed one night for a works do but defo would love to come back and visit again first time ever staying in a hotel the experience was amazing love everything with the hotel thank you to all the staff.
We stayed here mid week and although the hotel was busy and we had a small issue with the TV in our room - this was resolved very quickly and all the staff were helpful and friendly in the process. This is a lovely hotel and all the staff are very friendly. Great location, lovely rooms and food! Highly recommended definitely 5 star in my opinion
