If you want a great view, that’s a good place to go. But food was just OK and the portions were unimpressively small. Be careful on how you order. I ordered a glass of “house Chardonnay” and they brought out the most expensive wine by the glass Chardonnay they could stick you with. For two glasses, it ended up costing me 4,000 rubles or $54.00. Don’t trust in their discretion. Ruined my night. Won’t go back again.
