Located in the city center, Grand Hyatt Istanbul invites its guests to experience the pleasure of BBQ with the concept of afternoon rakı every Sunday at Grasidi Gastro Garden, located in its hidden garden and reminiscent of the pleasant taverns of the Aegean with its blue and white decor.

At the Sunday BBQ, a rich buffet adorned with Aegean appetizers and summer salads, ranging from Executive Chef Yusuf Gülyiyen's signature anticucho to fish skewers and grilled ribeye, from Mozzarella skewers to cucumber sweat chili, from sea samphire salad to artichoke arugula salad, is offered.

Additionally, for guests attending the barbeque, the use of Grand Hyatt Istanbul’s iconic pool is available for a fee of 25 Euros per person.
