Me and family had gone there for dinner and our experience was really good. Due to the pandemic, It was not a proper buffet, but a similiar arrangement. Food was really tasty, fresh and un-limited. Staffs were helpful. Ambience was really good.
After having booked a table at The Café, we were disappointed seeing the poor arrangments at the restaurant starting with seeing changes in the dining location due to uncited reasons. The menu was shuffled after which we were told to shift elsewhere to order from the desired menu(one seen via Zomato) after a long wait. At the new table apparently known to be "The Café" we were informed that half of the menu items were not available, the ones which had caught our attention while planning a visit. The floor was too cringey and noisy given the atmosphere and the management seen. Finally, we had to search for an alternative place for dine-in considering the long travel and the inconvenience faced at the facility. A strong caution for ppl planning to visit here, better visit The Square at Novotel (a stop before Hyatt) ,which would serve you much better and leave you satisfied and happy at the end.
