Fold In The Peeled Diced Apple, Walnuts And Mix Well. Fill The Batter In The Prepared Pans. Properly Arrange The Sliced Apple On Top Of The Batter.
Bake For 35 Min. Or Until A Cake Tester In The Center Comes Out Clean. Let Cool In Pans Cut Into The 10 Pieces.
Serve With A Scoop Of Vanilla Ice Cream And Topping With The Sprig Of Mint Leaf.
