Brunch at the Park returns to Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi for a new season of elevated weekend dining on Saadiyat Island. At its heart is the interactive Fire & Smoke BBQ experience, featuring five live cooking stations showcasing premium cuts from the charcoal hanging grill, slow-roasted specialties from the smoker, free-range meats from the rotisserie, gourmet German sausages from the swing grill, and the freshest seafood from the open grill.
