Had an amazing time here, especially at the beachside parties. From the entertainment to the service provided by both the animation team and service staff. Such friendly people. Had a great experience with Lahousine who took amazing videos for us and throughout the evening checked in to see if we were okay or needed anything.
It was an Amazing experience. Thanks to the Hyatt team. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay: stylish cozy rooms, comfortable beds, two restaurants with huge portions, a bar with tasty cocktails. We loved the breakfast and the choice of food and drinks, which they can prepare on your request. The second pool overlooking the ocean is top notch! It was my partner's birthday and the hotel team baked a cake for him! The cake was delivered in the morning along with candles, which with the opacity created an amazing mood for the whole day! The only downside that happened to us was that on the last day of our trip we woke up to a bed full of ants. But it did not spoil the positive impressions.
