It is a public square in the center of Casablanca, Morocco. It has been central in the history of Casablanca. United Nations Square.
Casablanca is not what we expected. A very busy and metropolitan city. Definitely a place to see. Try to get some local currency, this willake it more fun to shop around. Not to many places that take credit cards. I was able to pay in euros, and got local currency back. At first I was a little bummed but quickly discovered that it enabled me to haggle and shop around the merchants and discovered some local flavors 😋.
