Found this restaurant by accident while walking around the area. I was pleasantly surprised. Let's start with the view, it is insanely beautiful. Really, it is impossible to stop admiring the view, a special recommendation is to come at sunset or date. The cuisine should also be noted, all the dishes we tried were delicious. Service was accordingly fine dinning restaurant. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely, yes.
I’ve been meaning to check out Sora for a while whether for brunch or happy hour. I dropped in for ladies night (Wednesdays) and the view did not disappoint. The view is amazing from the outside balcony but it was too cold to sit outside. Beautiful view nonetheless. I want to compliment the bartender because the drinks were delicious and strong. Probably one of the best cocktails I’ve had in Doha. The food was great we had some bites from the menu and they were all well-presented and tasty. Service was good from Rotip (sp?)
There is no more Instagrammable view in Doha as the one you get from Sora, our modern Japanese restaurant and lounge. With sharing dishes of Sushi, Sashimi, culinary art of Robata, desserts, afternoon tea and beverages, Sora's enviable views and outdoor terrace make for an ideal after-work lunch/afternoon tea with friends, Corporate entertaining or special occasion venue.
