Horrible service or better to say no service, menu not special for a Hyatt Hotel. Nothing like lobster, oysters, côte de boeuf or like that. I ordered a bottle of champagne rosé and a bottle of pouilly fuissé to start the evening, after opening the bottle and getting the glass served not one person who came to the table to serve again. Until the last drip in both bottles no one came. I did it myself off course. Unbelievable. Then I asked to do something special at midnight because it was my friend her birthday. We waited but nothing came. Nothing. Than I paid 297 euro. I gave a small tip because I'm used to do that. So I gave 320 and said it's OK. But they returned with 23 euro. Even that they don't hear. So my friend took back the 20 euro and gave it to a woman on the street. Shame on you this restaurant. We went to Negresco after and had a lovely night, as usual, in the Bar.

My boyfriend and I chose the 3 course menu. The starter was okay, shrimp on lettuce. The main was a vegan dish, and this was just boring and plain, no good flavours. The dessert was two scoops of ice cream. I would highly recommend eating elsewhere. We ended up using 100 euro and it was absolutely not worth it.

Great place for lunch... food, view, & service. As guests of hotel, the one day we made it a pool day, decided to have lunch at Le 3e since next to the pool, and has an amazing view down on to the beach & sea. If you have to wait for a seat with a view, do it...it's fantastic. Service was solid & courteous, and food was tasty (recommend the burger).
