  • Step 1

    Wash And Peel The Vegetables. Fine Chop With The Help Of A Knife Or Grate Finely.

    Heat Oil In A Heavy Skillet And Add The Whole Spices Like Mustard, Cumin Seeds And Bay Leaf. Also Add The Asafoetida.

  • Step 3

    Add The Onions And Saute Till Translucent.

  • Step 4

    Add The Rest Of The Raw Vegetables And Cook On A Low Flame Till Done. Add The Potato And Cottage Cheese , Adjust The Seasoning.

  • Step 5

    Add Finely Powdered Garam Masala Powder. Let The Mixture Cool. Add Roughly Crushed Peanuts And Mix Well.

  • Step 6

    Make 25-30 Grams Sized Round Balls From The Mixture. Make A Thick Batter With Refined Flour And Water. Dip The Balls In Batter And Coat In Panko Crumb.

  • Step 7

    Make A Thick Paste Of The Mixed Pickle And Mix With Mayonnaise. Let It Cool.

  • Step 8

    Heat Oil In A Thick Bottom Deep Pan, Fry The Balls Carefully Till Golden Brown. Serve Hot With Pickle Mayonnaise.
