Today, me and my family went to Eighty eight restaurant for morning breakfast to celebrate my wife's birthday. we booked the place for 4 packs in advance to ensure the place. After reaching there, we were told to sit in Baan Tao area. They said it's the same breakfast which is served there. when we came there, we were thinking that we have come to some 3rd grade restaurant. Ambience was depressing. Pigeons were flying all around. Full buffet was not there. While leaving, we visited Eighty eight restaurant and then we realized that half of the items were not there at Baan Tao. Service was really pathetic. We ordered Dosa, Omelette and reminded the chef 3 times to finally get it. Omelette was really bland. Salt and Pepper was not there. Someone went to get it from Eighty eight and took 15 minutes. we went there thinking it's a 5 star property but it was really bad. My wife had certain expectations on her birthday but it was ruined by Hyatt's mismanagement. I don't understand if a customer is paying for Eighty eight buffet, then how can they ask them to sit in another restaurant. Very bad experience for us. we will never visit this place again.
Just Another level experience!!! So much variety of breakfast foods available.. also counter for hot breakfast like if you wanna have different parathas like aloo paratha or the paneer ones. other south indian food, different type of breads, hot beverages and much more variety of desserts, seasonal fruits. Great service and the staff is very humble and polite. I loved it!
