    In A Food Processor, Combine The Soaked And Drained Chickpeas, Onion, Coriander, Garlic, Chilies, Salt, Pepper And Cumin. Process Until Smooth, About 1 Minute.

  • Step 3

    Using Your Hands, Scoop Out About 2 Tablespoons Of The Mixture At A Time. Shape The Falafel Into Small Patties, About 2 Inches Wide And ½ Inch Thick. Place Each Falafel On The Oiled Pan.

  • Step 4

    Carefully Flip The Falafels Halfway Until They Are Golden Brown On Both Sides. Season With White Sesame Seeds.

  • Step 5

    Serve Alongside Tahini Sauce, Pita Bread And Chopped Lettuce Leaves.
