Very modern hotel with nice lobby and restaurant. Staff at breakfast was really helpful and even though you have to order from a menu it is overall a good experience. At checkout in I mentioned I need quiet room and the receptionist recommended alternative to the one I booked and it really was a great option for me!
This hotel was our home for the night. We took an offer in the Entertainer, which was a room with a balcony with a sea view and including breakfast and dinner at their restaurant (Eunoia). It was a great offer. We were scheduled to check into our hotel room at 3 PM; however, we arrived on time. But they were disorganized, and we spent an hour waiting in the lobby. When my husband was completing the check-in formalities, the receptionists didn't greet him politely or speak to him in a professional manner. They provided us drinks as we waited for an hour. We reserved a room facing the sea from the balcony. It was a nice, comfortable room.
