SUCROSE
Disa ronno, Chambord, lime, and cranberry with a sugared rim. Named after the fundamental sugar molecule, it’s a playful reference to chemistry and the sweet fuel that gets most students through late‑night study sessions.
VERTEX
A clean, structured combination of gin, rhubarb, lemon, and rose water. Its name c omes from the mathematical idea of a vector — something with direction and magnitude — reflected in the cocktail’s straight‑line, precise flavour profile.
HYPOTHESIS
Tequila, violet, orgeat, citrus, and blue curaçao form a deep‑blue, floral experiment in flavour. Like any good hypothesis, it’s the starting point of discovery — bold, curious, and ready to be tested.
