Excellent breakfast bars, filled up and headed out each day. The concierge was extremely knowledgable, friendly and useful. He tailored his advice of where to go and how to get there based on our budget and needs.

I love the Grand Hyatt Istanbul. Only drawback is that the internet doesn't work inside the rooms if your device is an iPhone. Even my Mac only showed 2 bars, which was pretty weak. I had to use my phone plan for proper internet. Rooms are not sound proof = all your neighbour has going on transfers 1:1 into your room. Same goes for the hallway. The rooms facing the pool suffers from rather heavy traffic noise. Excellent service in the lounge and in the bar which is open until L A T E During my 3 nights stay there were arab guests, who are active at night = I did not sleep at all. I believe they sleep from 6am to 3pm. The rest of the time they are awake and become hyper active around 2am. Highly annoying in a hotel with no sound proof rooms.
