Service is good and staffs are very supportive. Some rooms orientation is really bad, need to improve. Swimming pool is very small for this much big hotel. Food was nice and staffs were keep serving, very well managed kitchen.
Nice hotel close to airport and big mall with an amazing outside pool. Even though the room looks little older they are well maintained and really clear. The bathrooms are nice. The room was spacious - the bed was too hard (one downside). The service is really great and nice. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and really tasty. The location is close to airport and the biggest mall in Pune. I can recommend this hotel.
