Thank you for the great experience I had in grand hyatt Kuwait!! I had a stay!! The service is 5 star!! The room is really nice and well designed!! The stay are really good!! Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed for his support!! I tried the SPa for a massage and it was great also. Overall my stay was perfect !!
The location is very convenient and straight from the highway with access to 360 mall. The hotel is fabulous and one of the most luxurious in the country. The staff was very helpful and have presented me with a lovely spacious room on the last floor. I definitely would stay here again thanks to the staff, especially Salem from the reception.
