We stayed for a week at this lovely gem of a hotel and had a perfect vacation. We received an early check-in after arriving at about 9 am which was quite a treat. The room was beautifully made up, water , snacks and non-alcoholic minibar complementary. Staff was super sweet and helpful, they went out of their way to make this a perfect experience. The food was great as well, especially dinner was something to look forward to. The only thing I would change is the music they played during meal times ;) I'd have opted for something more chill, think Chicane or Cafe del Mar. Since this is the only "negative" thing I could come up with after a whole week, it's obvious how beautiful everything truly was. I will be coming back!
The hotel is very comfortable and nice place to stay both with the family and for business trips. All the personnel, especially Mahmoud Abbas - the housekeeper and Ahmad at the reception were so supportive and helped our stay make more pleasant. Massage at spa was one of the best thai massages. After such a stay one wants to came back again.
