This was my first visit to Dubai, and I must say, this hotel surpassed all my expectations. The room was exceptional, boasting a spectacular view. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by the manager. When I experienced an incident resulting in an arm injury, she ensured that both my wife and I were well taken care of. Thank you for your excellent leadership and exceptional customer service. I eagerly anticipate returning in the future!
Great breakfast, as always! I am a regular guest here and today service from Shrizana made it very special. Highly recommend the place and hope the staff continue sharing positivity.
