A beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Staff are friendly and the room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast options were great and overall deco of the hotel is beautiful. Spa was great.The lounge is also very nice Only stayed one night for a works do but defo would love to come back and visit again first time ever staying in a hotel the experience was amazing love everything with the hotel thank you to all the staff.
Nice hotel. Spa really nice. But not impressed with having to pay service charge in the bar. It was 2 bottles of beer. We ordered at the bar. We had to pour them ourselves and take to table so not sure where the service came in Debbie Stoner
We stayed here mid week and although the hotel was busy and we had a small issue with the TV in our room - this was resolved very quickly and all the staff were helpful and friendly in the process. This is a lovely hotel and all the staff are very friendly. Great location, lovely rooms and food! Highly recommended definitely 5 star in my opinion
