One of the best places to stay in Manchester. Me and my husband visited here on our mini moon and we weren't disappointed. Staff had left chocolates on the bed and towels in the shape of 2 swans to congratulate us on our recent marriage which was an amazing touch. Room was lovely and clean too.
Stayed there for 3 nights! Service was really good! Well cleaned and really comfortable! Receptionist, Silvia was very friendly, I would give her 5 stars for her service! Thank you
Very clean and overall superb hotel. Dee and Maria made us feel really welcome and nothing was too big or too small for them. Harry was very polite and friendly. These members are staff are brilliant. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty to choose from. Will definitely return here on next trip to Manchester.
We loved our stay in Manchester in this particular hotel. Tucked away in a quiet street in the middle of the campus (the university is all around) but still walkable to the centre even with an 8-year-old, is this lovely place with comfortable beds and lavish bathrooms. I do like a good breakfast and there was plenty to choose from. I particularly loved the fact the coffee machine offered decaffeinated coffee which I could take with me while exploring the city. The closest railway station is the Oxford Road, from which it takes about 8 minutes to walk to the venue. Definitely recommend.
Very nice overnight stay at the Hyatt Regency Manchester this past weekend. Helpful front desk staff set the scene, breakfast was well stocked with choices both healthy and not so, and the bar area offered a good spot for a post-dinner night cap. Good access to the Manchester Museum for anyone looking to kill a couple of hours with kids. Wanted to particularly thank Guest Relations Manager Harry for securing a lost item and helping to dispatch it off to me via courier in the morning.
