La Plage du Martinez have a new look since May 2023. From the menu to the plate, Jean Imbert, the new chef at Hôtel Martinez, has created every detail. Designer Rémi Tessier is responsible for the design. The dining room and terrace have a breezy, yachting spirit with navy blue, to recall the Mediterranean, and warm terracota.
