The hotel rooms definitely need to be renovated, however the rooms are spacious. The service was not as expected in a five stars hotel. The location was perfect as you have everything nearby and it it connected to AlKout Mall.
Free parking, spacious rooms, roof-top pool and attached to Al Kout Mall makes this a great place for a quiet get away. Fahd at reception helped with getting me a microwave in my room and a complimentary room upgrade! Brilliant stay in a new hotel in Kuwait
