Grasidi transforms a weekend into a special celebration with a delicious variety of barbeques and flavors inspired by the Aegean.
Special Mother's Day Sunday BBQ, a rich buffet adorned with Aegean appetizers and summer salads, ranging from Executive Chef Yusuf Gülyiyen's signature anticucho to fish skewers and grilled ribeye, from Mozzarella skewers to cucumber sweat chili, from sea samphire salad to artichoke arugula salad, is offered.
Additionally, for guests attending the barbeque, the use of Grand Hyatt Istanbul’s iconic pool is available for a fee of 25 Euros per person.
