From October 1 to 11, discover authentic Indian flavors at Grand Hyatt Istanbul, crafted with the unique touch of Chef Sachin Singh from India. À la carte offerings and a special tasting menu will be available daily from 6:30 PM to 22:30 AM. On October 11, an exclusive Indian corner will enrich the Sunday Brunch, served from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
From starters like Peshawari Burrah Kebab and Kasundi Mahi Tikka, to main courses such as Butter Chicken and Lamb Biryani, and desserts including Kesari Rasmalai and Gulab Jamun, this culinary journey offers the true taste of India and much more.
